Being suicide safe starts with you.  You need:

Hope is the state of mind that believes and desires a positive outcome to situations in your life.  It is the feeling that things will turn out for the best.  Find some tools to help you focus on hope.

Believe in yourself.  You know what you are good at and are confident you are able to improve when you need to get better at something.

To feel like you belong or are connected is important to our mental well-being.  Make some connections.

 Resilience is the ability to battle back from difficulties, trauma, tragedy and stress.
